Your data is yours. Below we explain in plain language what data 12Collect processes, why, and what rights you have.

What data we process
On this pre-launch page we process only what's needed for the waitlist:
- your email address;
- your language preference (nl/en), so we email you in the right language;
- the time of sign-up and confirmation.
If you create an account later, additional terms apply and we process the data you enter into your collection yourself.
Why and on what basis
We use your email address solely to notify you once when you can create an account. The legal basis is your consent, which you give via the confirmation email (double opt-in) and can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until shortly after launch, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. Want to be removed sooner? Email support@12collect.com and we'll take care of it.
Sharing with others
We don't sell your data. To deliver the confirmation email we use an email provider (processor); it processes your address only to deliver the message. Our servers and database run within the EU.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent. Send a message to support@12collect.com and we'll sort it out. If you disagree with something, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
